We’re taking the Our Positive Future event on tour! This follows our hopeful, imagination-filled launch event in St Thomas in June 2025 – check out our webpage for all the amazing outputs from the day!

Barnstaple – July 2026
We brought the Our Positive Future activities to Barnstaple this July with our collaborator and Envirolution Collective co-founder Bob Walley, thanks to funding from the University of Lancashire (where Bob is a lecturer)!
We were at Pilton Green Man Day on Saturday 18th July from 10am onwards with Bob creating a giant community mural…
… and on Saturday 25th July we were in our new centre – The Planetary Lab Barnstaple – with a two-part event (more below).

Exwick, Exeter – February 2026
Our first event was in Exwick, Exeter on Saturday 7 February 2026!
With thanks to the Creative Arc Commissions we delivered our first smaller-scale pilot event in Exwick, Exeter, with our collaborators Bob Walley, Katie Villa and Micha Colombo, along with Community Builder Rachel Gillmore. We brought a daytime drop-in event packed with hands-on science & creative activities (including Exwick’s own giant collective mural)…
… and an evening event for local residents and changemakers (including Exeter Community Assembly) to put the ideas from the day into action.
Check out the photos from the day below, and this incredible poem for Exwick, “Unplanned”, by Creative in the Corner Micha Colombo!
Find out more about the Exwick-specific outputs and resources in our summary report linked below.
Do you like the look of this event? Love the outputs? Let us know! We’d love to take it on tour for more people to get involved, and your feedback would be invaluable!

This project was made possible through the support of the Creative Arc programme during 2023-2026 – an initiative funded by the University of Exeter, Exeter City Council and the UK government through the Shared Prosperity Fund.
